Shipping policy

All orders are printed at 9.30am and post is sent Monday to Friday excluding any bank holidays. If you purchase your item after the 9.30am it will be sent the following day. If you would like your item posting out the same day please contact us before 1.30pm. First or Second Class post is based upon customers' choice of delivery. All post is sent on the next available day after payment has been made. Any first class orders will go out the same day up until 1.30pm. For combined postal charges please contact us but please understand that depending on how busy we are, we cannot guarantee an answer straight away. We will not be able to answer your questions at weekends or on National holidays (Bank Holiday/Christmas/ETC) as we are closed. To confirm a parcel as lost please allow 10 working days for UK orders and 15 working days for European & Worldwide orders, before we can either refund or re-send another order out.

2ND CLASS DELIVERY - 3-5 Working Days

1ST CLASS DELIVERY - 1-2 Working Days

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - If ordered before 1.30pm it will be sent the same day and delivered the next working day (this does not include weekends or bank holidays)
